Owner | President

Elvir has 25 years of experience in the Property Management industry. Having worked for some of the biggest and well-respected companies in the field, Elvir has amassed a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the trade.

During that time, he managed a wide range of projects across the Northeast region of the United States and was responsible for $100’s of millions in capital improvements. His extensive knowledge in the field, along with professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail will greatly benefit every client that he has the pleasure to work with.

Dina Kahriman - Prkos

Co-Founder | Attorney

Dina is the co-founder and Attorney of Prkos Property Management. With over a decade of business experience, she has successfully founded two of her own businesses: Dina’s Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage, and Kahriman Law Firm, a comprehensive law office.

Her resume includes a Masters in Business and a Juris Doctorate. A former goalie for the U.S.A National Team Handball Club, she is disciplined, goal oriented, and committed to excellence.

We work with dozens of Boston contractors, plumbers, and electricians and recommend to the owners which bid to accept based on numerous unique factors inherent to their property and situation.

We closely monitor the work of contractors and servicemen. We quickly investigate and resolve complaints from landlords, residents, and tenants when services are not properly provided. Many of our skilled managers also buy supplies and emergency equipment for your property and make arrangements with specialists to open doors for them and provide round the clock access to the property maintenance staff. We document all work and can keep all the proper paperwork for you!
